Shaun & Shari, married in 2013, dove into real estate together, quickly becoming Rookie of the Year at a large brokerage. By 2015, their business was growing, and they welcomed their first child. Shaun also served as a Children’s Pastor for 8 years. Despite considering stepping away, their business flourished with the help of key team members. In 2017, they opened their own brokerage in downtown Simpsonville, later joining Weichert in 2019 to expand further. By 2021, they extended into Spartanburg, followed by a 2023 expansion into Seneca. Guided by faith and values, 85% of their business comes from client referrals, driving consistent growth year after year.
